淺談電力監控系統在工廠變電站的應用

0引言

系(xi)統功能概(gai)要變(bian)(bian)配電(dian)計算(suan)機監控管理系(xi)統,可以利用計算(suan)機通(tong)信網(wang)絡技術使變(bian)(bian)電(dian)站值班人(ren)員(yuan)迅速而準確(que)地(di)獲得(de)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)站運(yun)(yun)行(xing)的(de)(de)實時(shi)信息,完(wan)整(zheng)地(di)掌握變(bian)(bian)電(dian)站的(de)(de)實時(shi)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)狀態,及時(shi)發現(xian)(xian)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)站運(yun)(yun)行(xing)的(de)(de)故障(zhang)并做出(chu)相應的(de)(de)決策和處理,同時(shi)可以使值班管理人(ren)員(yuan)根(gen)據變(bian)(bian)配電(dian)系(xi)統的(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)情(qing)況(kuang)進(jin)行(xing)負荷(he)分(fen)(fen)析(xi)、合理調度(du)、遠控合分(fen)(fen)閘,減少(shao)和避免操作、誤判斷,縮短(duan)事故停電(dian)時(shi)間,實現(xian)(xian)對工廠(chang)變(bian)(bian)配電(dian)系(xi)統的(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)代化(hua)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)管理。

1變電站自動化監控(kong)系(xi)統構架(jia)

國內外變電站(zhan)自動化技術的應用(yong)和發展大體經歷了集中式和分布式兩個階(jie)段。

1.1集中式變電站自動化系統(tong)架(jia)構

集中式(shi)變電站系統分(fen)為現場層(ceng)、控(kong)制層(ceng)和信(xin)息層(ceng)。現場層(ceng)主要包括高(gao)壓開關柜綜合保護繼電器(qi)、集合式(shi)多功能電表(biao)、故障波形記錄器(qi)與變壓器(qi)溫度(du)儀(yi)表(biao)等。

控(kong)制層(ceng)采用(yong)了(le)1臺PI.C,負(fu)責采集各高低壓斷路器分合閘狀態、手車工作位置以及直(zhi)流(liu)屏故障報(bao)(bao)警等信(xin)號。在主監控(kong)計算機的控(kong)制下,通過PLC輸出模塊將警報(bao)(bao)信(xin)號盤(pan)上光(guang)字牌

點亮并使聲光報警(jing)器動作。另(ling)外,控(kong)制層(ceng)使用光纖收容箱和ZC-22通信轉換器將現場層(ceng)的綜保繼電器數據(ju)轉換成RS-232通信方式(shi),將數據(ju)傳(chuan)送到電力監(jian)控(kong)計(ji)算機。

信息(xi)層主要是l臺工控(kong)機(ji),安(an)裝了Elipse ScadaV3.0電(dian)(dian)力監控(kong)軟件(jian)。電(dian)(dian)力監控(kong)系(xi)統的(de)后臺數(shu)據庫為SOL Server 2000,用(yong)于保存電(dian)(dian)力監控(kong)系(xi)統采集的(de)各種數(shu)據以(yi)生成(cheng)用(yong)戶所需的(de)報表(biao)和趨勢圖(tu)等。

集中(zhong)式變電站自動(dong)化(hua)(hua)系統(tong)結構存在的(de)(de)主要(yao)問題(ti)是(shi):信息層的(de)(de)工控(kong)機即前(qian)(qian)置(zhi)管理機任務繁重(zhong)、引線多(duo),形成了信息的(de)(de)“瓶(ping)頸(jing)",降低了整個系統(tong)的(de)(de)可(ke)靠(kao)性。在前(qian)(qian)置(zhi)機故障(zhang)情況下,將失去當地(di)及遠方的(de)(de)所有信息及功能;自動(dong)化(hua)(hua)擴展需求的(de)(de)功能難以實現。

1.2分布式變電站自動(dong)化系統(tong)架構(gou)

整(zheng)個變(bian)電(dian)站自動化系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)網(wang)絡采(cai)(cai)用(yong)分層分布式結構,按照(zhao)功能劃分為后(hou)(hou)臺機系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、服務器(qi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和前(qian)置(zhi)機系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)3個子系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。后(hou)(hou)臺機、服務器(qi)、前(qian)置(zhi)機之間(jian)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)高速以太(tai)網(wang)通信,前(qian)置(zhi)機和保(bao)護(hu)裝置(zhi)、智能模(mo)塊之間(jian)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)主(zhu)流工業(ye)接(jie)口(如RS-485等(deng)),內(nei)嵌IEC 870—5—103、Modbus RTU等(deng)通信規(gui)約,同(tong)時(shi)為企業(ye)管理(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)BA、OA、MIS等(deng)留(liu)有接(jie)口,便(bian)于企業(ye)內(nei)部各個系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)無(wu)縫集成。分布式電(dian)力監控(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)架構圖如圖l所示。

1.3分布式系統(tong)(tong)結構(gou)相比集中(zhong)式系統(tong)(tong)具有以下明顯的優點:

(1)可靠性(xing)高,任(ren)一部分設(she)備故障只影(ying)響(xiang)局部,風險(xian)分散;當站控層系統或網絡故障,只影(ying)響(xiang)到監控部分,而重要的保護(hu)、控制(zhi)功能在間隔層仍(reng)可繼續運(yun)行。

(2)間隔層任一智能單元損(sun)壞不會導致全站的(de)通(tong)信中斷和長期占用(yong)全站的(de)通(tong)信網絡。

(3)分布式結(jie)構可大大減少電纜,節(jie)約投資,簡化了(le)調試(shi)過程。

2監控系統功能

2.1變配(pei)電計算機監控管理系(xi)統具有如下功能:

(1)變電(dian)站實時在(zai)線監(jian)視運行,采用變配(pei)電(dian)計算機監(jian)控管理(li)系(xi)統,不僅能對系(xi)統各(ge)種運行開關量狀態和電(dian)量參數進行實時采集(ji)和顯示,而且更安全、可靠、直觀。

(2)及時(shi)準確(que)地進行故障(zhang)報警(jing)和(he)故障(zhang)跳(tiao)閘報警(jing)。

(3)可對潛在的事故進(jin)行預報警(jing),同時(shi)實現各種電量(liang)的超限報警(jing)。

(4)改善配電系(xi)統管(guan)理(li)。

(5)供(gong)電(dian)質量(諧波(bo)失真度THD/*大(da)、*小、平均值/電(dian)壓合格(ge)率)實時(shi)分析功能,可實時(shi)監測電(dian)網供(gong)電(dian)質量的各(ge)項指標,便于分析電(dian)網故障原因。

3應用過程(cheng)中應注意的問題

(1)電(dian)力(li)監(jian)控(kong)系統在(zai)工廠實際應(ying)用過(guo)程中應(ying)注意如下問題:在(zai)電(dian)力(li)監(jian)控(kong)硬件的(de)選用上應(ying)注重質量穩定、保護功能(neng)齊全(quan)的(de)硬件。曾經(jing)某項(xiang)目選用l臺研華(hua)工控(kong)機(EIX;-4504 NPORT),在(zai)使用不(bu)到1年的(de)時(shi)(shi)間就發生(sheng)故障,導致現場區域的(de)電(dian)力(li)監(jian)控(kong)癱瘓,無法實時(shi)(shi)監(jian)測各變電(dian)站(zhan)高低(di)壓開關設備(bei)狀態和變壓器工作溫度(du)等重要參數,現場的(de)電(dian)量統計報表(biao)也(ye)無法正(zheng)常生(sheng)成(cheng)。雖然(ran)聯系原廠家進行維修(xiu),但是由于維修(xiu)時(shi)(shi)間超(chao)過(guo)半個月,給(gei)用戶帶來很(hen)大的(de)不(bu)便。

(2)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中應平衡好計(ji)算機(ji)(ji)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)數據(ju)(ju)采(cai)集(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)關(guan)系(xi)(xi)(xi)。監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)首要(yao)任務是(shi)實(shi)時地(di)觀(guan)察(cha)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站內(nei)(nei)各高低(di)壓開關(guan)設備的(de)(de)工作(zuo)狀態以及報警信號,而電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)數據(ju)(ju)采(cai)集(ji)是(shi)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)次要(yao)任務。但在(zai)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)應用中,現(xian)場大量的(de)(de)多(duo)(duo)功能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)表采(cai)集(ji)數據(ju)(ju)也接人監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji),造成監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji)既要(yao)負責與變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站內(nei)(nei)各綜保(bao)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)數據(ju)(ju)通(tong)信,又要(yao)和現(xian)場大量的(de)(de)多(duo)(duo)功能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)表進行(xing)通(tong)信,導致監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)資(zi)源被大量占用,系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)工作(zuo)速度放慢(man),甚至(zhi)發生死機(ji)(ji)現(xian)象。解決辦(ban)法為增加(jia)l臺(tai)IBM Server運(yun)行(xing)SQL Server2000的(de)(de)工作(zuo)計(ji)算機(ji)(ji),把監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)分成操作(zuo)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji)與數據(ju)(ju)庫(ku)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji),改善數據(ju)(ju)庫(ku)占用計(ji)算機(ji)(ji)資(zi)源太大的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti)。

(3)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)報警(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)應及時(shi)準確,報警(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)與現場故(gu)障時(shi)間同步(bu),*低報警(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)反應時(shi)間小(xiao)于(yu)1秒,不(bu)能出現任何(he)誤動(dong)(dong)作或誤報警(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)。由(you)于(yu)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)綜保繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的(de)通(tong)信(xin)連接(jie)采(cai)用環(huan)形(xing)網(wang)(wang)絡架構(gou),當連接(jie)的(de)綜保繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)數(shu)量(liang)較多時(shi),監(jian)控(kong)主(zhu)機(ji)的(de)一次掃(sao)(sao)描周(zhou)(zhou)期(qi)(qi)就(jiu)需(xu)要(yao)半分鐘以(yi)上,當其(qi)中1臺綜保繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)發出的(de)報警(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)信(xin)息(xi)(xi)正好在主(zhu)機(ji)掃(sao)(sao)描周(zhou)(zhou)期(qi)(qi)剛剛結束時(shi)發出,待(dai)掃(sao)(sao)描到新的(de)報警(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)信(xin)息(xi)(xi)時(shi)間還需(xu)要(yao)1個周(zhou)(zhou)期(qi)(qi),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)報警(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)時(shi)間將會超過1分鐘,因(yin)此不(bu)能及時(shi)地進(jin)行(xing)報警(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)。解決辦法為(wei)(wei)優化系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)通(tong)信(xin)網(wang)(wang)絡架構(gou)和(he)(he)通(tong)信(xin)協議,變(bian)被動(dong)(dong)的(de)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)掃(sao)(sao)描查詢報警(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)信(xin)息(xi)(xi)模式為(wei)(wei)報警(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)單元發出報警(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)信(xin)息(xi)(xi)后系(xi)(xi)統(tong)主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)接(jie)受和(he)(he)判(pan)別(bie)的(de)模式,以(yi)提(ti)高系(xi)(xi)統(tong)報警(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)響(xiang)應時(shi)間。

(4)在電力監控(kong)工程(cheng)施工中還應注(zhu)意電力監控(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)線路(lu)不(bu)能影響繼電保護系(xi)統(tong)(tong),繼電保護的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)制回路(lu)不(bu)能進入站內監控(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong),監控(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)只是用(yong)來(lai)顯示,安全可靠性(xing)等(deng)(deng)級較低的(de)(de)(de)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)不(bu)能影響等(deng)(deng)級更高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)系(xi)統(tong)(tong);做好系(xi)統(tong)(tong)各報警點的(de)(de)(de)功能測試,在系(xi)統(tong)(tong)完(wan)成后一定要(yao)進行各高(gao)低壓開關位置狀態和報警功能的(de)(de)(de)測試,以防發生誤報和漏報。

4.1概述
