淺談電氣火災監控系統在民用建筑的應用

引言

目前,在我國發生的火災(zai)事(shi)故中,電氣火災(zai)占了較大的比例(li),因此,對(dui)此類火災(zai)進行探測報警顯得尤為重要。國家也(ye)制定(ding)了一(yi)些相關的標準規(gui)范(fan),如GB50016—2006建(jian)筑(zhu)設計(ji)防(fang)火規(gui)范(fan)、GB50045—2005高層民(min)用建(jian)筑(zhu)設計(ji)防(fang)火規(gui)范(fan)、JGJ16—2008民(min)用建(jian)筑(zhu)電氣設計(ji)規(gui)范(fan)等,對(dui)建(jian)筑(zhu)物電氣火災(zai)監控系統的設置都作出了規(gui)定(ding)。

一、電氣火災監控系統的(de)概念及原理簡介

1.電氣火災監控系統的概念

GB14287-2005電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)火災(zai)監(jian)控(kong)系統第(di)二部分中(zhong)又(you)規定,電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)火災(zai)監(jian)控(kong)探測(ce)器(qi)以探測(ce)參數區(qu)分有“剩余(yu)電(dian)流式電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)火災(zai)監(jian)控(kong)探測(ce)器(qi)"和(he)“測(ce)溫式電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)火災(zai)監(jian)控(kong)探測(ce)器(qi)"兩(liang)種。

可見,剩余(yu)電(dian)流和溫度是(shi)電(dian)氣火(huo)(huo)災防范(fan)的重(zhong)點,也就是(shi)電(dian)氣火(huo)(huo)災監控系(xi)統所要監測的對象。

  1. 剩余(yu)電流式電氣火災監控系統(tong)原理

剩余電(dian)流(liu)(liu)監控系統的(de)檢測(ce)(ce)元件是探測(ce)(ce)配(pei)電(dian)線路(lu)剩余電(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)互(hu)感器(qi),相線(La,Lb,Lc)和(he)中性線N同(tong)時(shi)、同(tong)向穿過它的(de)一(yi)次(ci)繞組。當剩余電(dian)流(liu)(liu)Ia=0時(shi),互(hu)感器(qi)二次(ci)繞組沒(mei)有感應(ying)電(dian)壓。當配(pei)電(dian)線路(lu)發生接(jie)地(di)故障時(shi),剩余電(dian)流(liu)(liu)不再(zai)等于零,此(ci)時(shi)在電(dian)流(liu)(liu)互(hu)感器(qi)二次(ci)繞組產生感應(ying)電(dian)壓U和(he)感應(ying)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)。這些信號(hao)被(bei)送至(zhi)剩余電(dian)流(liu)(liu)監控探測(ce)(ce)器(qi),經放(fang)大、A/D轉換、CPU對變化的(de)幅值進行分析(xi)、判斷,并與報警(jing)設(she)定(ding)值進行比(bi)較(jiao),一(yi)旦超出(chu)設(she)定(ding)值則發出(chu)報警(jing)信號(hao)。

  1. 測溫式電氣火災(zai)監控(kong)系統原理

在國標(biao)《電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)火(huo)災(zai)(zai)監控(kong)(kong)系統(tong)》中包含了“測(ce)溫(wen)式電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)火(huo)災(zai)(zai)監控(kong)(kong)探測(ce)器(qi)"。它的檢測(ce)元件(jian)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)段(duan)長約數米的測(ce)溫(wen)線(xian)(xian),將測(ce)溫(wen)線(xian)(xian)纏繞(rao)在需要監測(ce)的物體(ti)上,如銅芯導線(xian)(xian)、插接母線(xian)(xian)、配電(dian)(dian)箱等。當被監視部位溫(wen)度達到(dao)報(bao)警(jing)設定值時,探測(ce)器(qi)應在40s內(nei)發出報(bao)警(jing)信號。這(zhe)個報(bao)警(jing)溫(wen)度是(shi)可調的,一(yi)(yi)般在55℃~140℃之間。測(ce)溫(wen)式電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)火(huo)災(zai)(zai)監控(kong)(kong)探測(ce)器(qi)和(he)剩余電(dian)(dian)流式電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)火(huo)災(zai)(zai)監控(kong)(kong)探測(ce)器(qi)共用一(yi)(yi)臺監控(kong)(kong)主(zhu)機(ji),組成一(yi)(yi)個完(wan)整的系統(tong)。

二、剩余(yu)電(dian)流式電(dian)氣火災監控(kong)系統(tong)組(zu)成

剩(sheng)余(yu)(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣火(huo)災(zai)監控系統如(ru)圖1所示。系統主要由剩(sheng)余(yu)(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)互(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)感器(qi)(qi)、剩(sheng)余(yu)(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣火(huo)災(zai)監控探測器(qi)(qi)、剩(sheng)余(yu)(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣火(huo)災(zai)監控主機以(yi)及(ji)系統總線組(zu)成(cheng)。剩(sheng)余(yu)(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)互(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)感器(qi)(qi)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)矩形窗口(kou)(kou)設計,方便電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)或銅(tong)排穿線。在不(bu)同等級的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)回路上,對剩(sheng)余(yu)(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)互(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)感器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)能要求(qiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)相同的(de)(de)(de)(de),只(zhi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)窗口(kou)(kou)尺寸不(bu)同。對于改造工(gong)程,適合選用(yong)(yong)開口(kou)(kou)型的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)互(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)感器(qi)(qi)(由兩半扣合),這樣可(ke)以(yi)盡量不(bu)觸動(dong)原來配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)箱(xiang)(柜(ju))的(de)(de)(de)(de)內部導線和器(qi)(qi)件布置。需要注意(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi),穿過檢測元化______電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)互(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)感器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)只(zhi)能是(shi)(shi)(shi)三根相線和一(yi)根中性(xing)線,保護線(PE線)和保護中性(xing)線(PEN線)是(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)能穿過互(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)感器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。剩(sheng)余(yu)(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)互(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)感器(qi)(qi)根據框架電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)可(ke)分(fen)為100A,225A,400A等幾種,它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)也是(shi)(shi)(shi)可(ke)調的(de)(de)(de)(de),分(fen)300mA,500mA,800mA等。互(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)感器(qi)(qi)通過RW3×1.0電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)連接到探測器(qi)(qi)上。

探(tan)測(ce)器的作用(yong)是接(jie)收(shou)、分析互感器傳(chuan)送來的信(xin)號,并在有漏電(dian)發(fa)生時(shi)進行報警。

電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)火(huo)(huo)災(zai)監控(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)通(tong)過(guo)總線與探(tan)(tan)測(ce)器連接,通(tong)過(guo)現場總線向探(tan)(tan)測(ce)器發出巡檢命令,接收探(tan)(tan)測(ce)器的狀態信(xin)息(xi)(xi)(報警、故障、供電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)失電(dian)(dian)、剩余電(dian)(dian)流(liu)數值),當主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)監測(ce)到常(chang)信(xin)息(xi)(xi)時,進行聲光(guang)報警并顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)相應(ying)信(xin)息(xi)(xi)和信(xin)息(xi)(xi)類型。電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)火(huo)(huo)災(zai)監控(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)還(huan)可通(tong)過(guo)RS485通(tong)訊(xun)口將信(xin)息(xi)(xi)傳(chuan)給圖形顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)系(xi)統(tong),圖形顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)各種信(xin)息(xi)(xi),并將信(xin)息(xi)(xi)數據(ju)儲存在(zai)其數據(ju)庫中,以(yi)備日后查(cha)詢。電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)火(huo)(huo)災(zai)監控(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)應(ying)放置在(zai)消防控(kong)制室或有(you)人員24h值班的場所。電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)火(huo)(huo)災(zai)監控(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)可以(yi)通(tong)過(guo)通(tong)訊(xun)總線連接到火(huo)(huo)災(zai)自動報警控(kong)制器上,電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)火(huo)(huo)災(zai)監控(kong)成為火(huo)(huo)災(zai)自動報警系(xi)統(tong)的一個(ge)組成部分。

目前有些電氣(qi)火災(zai)探測(ce)器(qi)能(neng)夠同時監(jian)測(ce)剩余(yu)電流(liu)和溫度,以JHA/DT-T4型(xing)綜合(he)(he)式電氣(qi)火災(zai)探測(ce)器(qi)為(wei)例,它同時可監(jian)測(ce)8路剩余(yu)電流(liu)信號和2路溫度信號,并且測(ce)溫線的溫度有2m~8m幾種(zhong)(zhong)。這種(zhong)(zhong)具備綜合(he)(he)功能(neng)的產(chan)品,在設計(ji)和使用上都比較方便和經濟。

三(san)、電氣火災監控的分級保護原則

1電氣(qi)火(huo)災監控(kong)系統的定義

根據(ju)用(yong)電負(fu)載及線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)情(qing)況,通常把低壓(ya)配電線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)分為電源總進線(xian)(xian)、干(gan)線(xian)(xian)、分支線(xian)(xian)及所連接的用(yong)電設備三級,線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)較簡單(dan)的可分為二(er)級。由于每一(yi)級的正常泄露電流(liu)都不(bu)一(yi)樣(yang),另外(wai)每一(yi)級故障時切斷電源所造成的影響也(ye)不(bu)一(yi)樣(yang),所以需要選擇不(bu)同額定動(dong)作(zuo)電流(liu)、不(bu)同動(dong)作(zuo)特性的探測器。

以采用三級保(bao)護(hu)方式的民用建筑配電線路為例,其分級保(bao)護(hu)示意(yi)圖如圖2所示。

第三級(ji)(末級(ji))是(shi)分支線及其用電(dian)(dian)設(she)備。這里的(de)(de)(de)用電(dian)(dian)設(she)備是(shi)指照明裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、空(kong)調、計算機及其他電(dian)(dian)器等。這一(yi)級(ji)的(de)(de)(de)保(bao)護目的(de)(de)(de)主要是(shi)防止人(ren)身觸電(dian)(dian)。通常選用額(e)定(ding)剩余(yu)動作電(dian)(dian)流小于300mA,動作時間小于0.1s的(de)(de)(de)剩余(yu)電(dian)(dian)流探測器,而且探測器應(ying)能夠發出信號(hao)切斷受控點的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)源。

第二級是干線(xian)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)火災的(de)(de)保護。這里所(suo)謂干線(xian)是指它的(de)(de)始端至各(ge)分支線(xian)之間(jian)的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)段較(jiao)長的(de)(de)線(xian)路。這一(yi)(yi)級探測(ce)器的(de)(de)額定剩余動作電(dian)(dian)流應選為正常泄露電(dian)(dian)流的(de)(de)2倍,一(yi)(yi)般約(yue)在300mA~500mA。由于(yu)干線(xian)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)被切斷的(de)(de)影響較(jiao)大(da),這一(yi)(yi)級剩余電(dian)(dian)流探測(ce)器一(yi)(yi)般只用來報警,不用來聯動切斷受控點的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。

第二級大一些,一般選取為0.5A~1A。這(zhe)個值也應為電源總進線(xian)正(zheng)常(chang)泄露電流的(de)2倍左右(you)。

重(zhong)要線(xian)路(lu),包括消防、安防、應急電(dian)(dian)源、通(tong)道(dao)照(zhao)明線(xian)路(lu)及不(bu)容許停電(dian)(dian)的(de)重(zhong)要場所,根據規范規定(ding),安裝純報警式剩余電(dian)(dian)流(liu)探測(ce)器,報警但不(bu)切斷電(dian)(dian)源(不(bu)控制脫(tuo)扣(kou)),既(ji)保證(zheng)了(le)用電(dian)(dian)安全又保證(zheng)了(le)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)的(de)不(bu)間斷性。

測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)式電氣火(huo)災監(jian)控探(tan)測(ce)(ce)(ce)器一(yi)般(ban)設(she)置(zhi)在第二級,監(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)包括線纜(lan)在內的(de)(de)(de)低壓(ya)配電裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中關鍵部位的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du),采用(yong)接(jie)觸式布(bu)置(zhi)法。當被(bei)(bei)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)對(dui)象為(wei)絕緣體時,宜(yi)將探(tan)測(ce)(ce)(ce)器的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)傳(chuan)感器直接(jie)設(she)置(zhi)在被(bei)(bei)探(tan)測(ce)(ce)(ce)對(dui)象的(de)(de)(de)表面。當被(bei)(bei)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)對(dui)象為(wei)配電柜內部的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)變化時,宜(yi)靠近(jin)發熱部件,采用(yong)非(fei)接(jie)觸式布(bu)置(zhi)。

  1. 電(dian)氣(qi)火災監控(kong)系(xi)統(tong)與火災自(zi)動報警系(xi)統(tong)的區(qu)別與聯系(xi)

雖然主要目的(de)都(dou)是為了防(fang)范(fan)火(huo)(huo)災(zai),但(dan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣火(huo)(huo)災(zai)監控(kong)系(xi)統和火(huo)(huo)災(zai)自動(dong)報警系(xi)統還是有(you)(you)區別的(de)。火(huo)(huo)災(zai)報警系(xi)統是對火(huo)(huo)災(zai)初(chu)期的(de)煙,溫的(de)探測,通過消防(fang)報警和聯動(dong)控(kong)制系(xi)統把火(huo)(huo)滅在(zai)陰燃(ran)和初(chu)期階段;電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣火(huo)(huo)災(zai)監控(kong)系(xi)統是對電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣火(huo)(huo)災(zai)的(de)預警,在(zai)被監控(kong)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣線(xian)路發(fa)生火(huo)(huo)災(zai)之前,就能(neng)有(you)(you)效地檢測到異常情況,從而防(fang)止電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣火(huo)(huo)災(zai)的(de)發(fa)生。

這(zhe)兩個(ge)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統之間并不是彼此孤(gu)立的(de),電(dian)氣(qi)火(huo)災監控系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統可(ke)以成為火(huo)災自動報警系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統的(de)一個(ge)子系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統。隨著(zhu)建筑(zhu)電(dian)氣(qi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統的(de)不斷完(wan)善(shan)與(yu)進(jin)步(bu),新產品的(de)不斷推陳出新,電(dian)氣(qi)火(huo)災報警系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統與(yu)火(huo)災報警系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統可(ke)以統一為一個(ge)大的(de)報警系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統,這(zhe)樣(yang)既可(ke)以完(wan)善(shan)火(huo)災報警系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統的(de)功能,也可(ke)以減少工程的(de)投資。

五(wu)、安科(ke)瑞電氣火災(zai)監控(kong)系統(tong)

1概述

Acre1-6000電(dian)氣(qi)火(huo)災(zai)監(jian)控系(xi)(xi)統(tong),是根據中心的(de)(de)(de)(de)消防電(dian)子產品(pin)試驗認證(zheng),并(bing)且均通過(guo)嚴(yan)格的(de)(de)(de)(de)EMC電(dian)磁兼容試驗,保(bao)證(zheng)了(le)該系(xi)(xi)列產品(pin)在(zai)低壓配電(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)安全正常運行,現(xian)均已批量(liang)生產并(bing)在(zai)全國得到廣泛地應用。該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)通過(guo)對剩余電(dian)流(liu)、過(guo)電(dian)流(liu)、過(guo)電(dian)壓、溫度和故(gu)障電(dian)弧等信號的(de)(de)(de)(de)采集與監(jian)視,實現(xian)對電(dian)氣(qi)火(huo)災(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)早(zao)期(qi)預防和報警(jing),當必要時還能(neng)聯動(dong)切除被檢測到剩余電(dian)流(liu)、溫度和故(gu)障電(dian)弧等超(chao)標的(de)(de)(de)(de)配電(dian)回路;并(bing)根據用戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)需求,還可以滿足(zu)與AcreIEMS企業微電(dian)網管理云平臺或火(huo)災(zai)自動(dong)報警(jing)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)等進(jin)行數據交(jiao)換和共享。

(1)監控設(she)(she)備(bei)能接收多臺探測器的剩余(yu)電流、溫度信(xin)息,報(bao)(bao)警時(shi)(shi)發出聲(sheng)(sheng)、光(guang)報(bao)(bao)警信(xin)號,同時(shi)(shi)設(she)(she)備(bei)上紅(hong)色“報(bao)(bao)警"指示燈(deng)亮,顯(xian)示屏(ping)指示報(bao)(bao)警部(bu)位(wei)及報(bao)(bao)警類型,記錄(lu)報(bao)(bao)警時(shi)(shi)間,聲(sheng)(sheng)光(guang)報(bao)(bao)警一直(zhi)保持(chi),直(zhi)至按設(she)(she)備(bei)的“復(fu)位(wei)"按鈕或觸(chu)摸屏(ping)的“復(fu)位(wei)"按鍵遠程(cheng)對(dui)探測器實(shi)現復(fu)位(wei)。對(dui)于聲(sheng)(sheng)音(yin)報(bao)(bao)警信(xin)號也可以(yi)使用(yong)觸(chu)摸屏(ping)“消(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)"按鍵手動消(xiao)除(chu)。

(2)當被(bei)監測(ce)回路(lu)報警時(shi),控(kong)制輸(shu)出繼電器(qi)(qi)閉合(he),用于(yu)控(kong)制被(bei)保護電路(lu)或其(qi)他設備,當報警消除(chu)后,控(kong)制輸(shu)出繼電器(qi)(qi)釋(shi)放。

(3)通訊故(gu)(gu)障報警(jing)(jing):當監(jian)控設(she)備與所接的(de)任(ren)一臺探測器之間(jian)發(fa)生(sheng)通訊故(gu)(gu)障或(huo)探測器本(ben)身發(fa)生(sheng)故(gu)(gu)障時(shi)(shi),監(jian)控畫面中相應的(de)探測器顯(xian)示故(gu)(gu)障提示,同時(shi)(shi)設(she)備上的(de)黃(huang)色“故(gu)(gu)障"指(zhi)示燈亮(liang),并(bing)發(fa)出故(gu)(gu)障報警(jing)(jing)聲音。電源故(gu)(gu)障報警(jing)(jing):當主電源或(huo)備用電源發(fa)生(sheng)故(gu)(gu)障時(shi)(shi),監(jian)控設(she)備也發(fa)出聲光報警(jing)(jing)信號(hao)并(bing)顯(xian)示故(gu)(gu)障信息,可進入(ru)相應的(de)界(jie)面查看詳(xiang)細(xi)信息并(bing)可解除報警(jing)(jing)聲響。
